VKR Development Inc. operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit it and how we handle that information.

What we collect

Browsing this site collects nothing from you. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and build no advertising profile from your visit.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs as part of delivering the site. These typically include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use them only to keep the site available and secure.

The contact form

If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, along with the company name and phone number if you choose to include them. We use this to respond to you and to carry out any engagement that follows.

The submission is emailed to us and is not stored in a database on this site. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list without your consent.

To keep the form from being abused by automated scripts, the page may run Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. It does not track you across sites.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to host this site, deliver form submissions to us, screen those submissions for automated abuse, route our email, and register our domain. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms, and only to the extent needed to deliver their service.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described on this page.
